For this build, we constructed a 17’x26’ “Hip/Gable” style patio extension, seamlessly expanding the existing space to create a more functional and beautiful outdoor retreat. The project features a 17’ long straight-run kitchen, fully equipped with premium Coyote appliances, including a sink and an outdoor shower for ultimate convenience.

To enhance privacy and aesthetic appeal, we built a full stucco privacy wall, accentuated with a tile accent wall and a stucco vent hood, creating a stunning focal point. Adding to the cozy ambiance, we designed and installed a wood-burning stucco fireplace, perfect for gathering with family and friends.

To ensure a cohesive and luxurious look, we installed new marble pavers that seamlessly match the existing pool deck, providing a high-end finish. As part of the transformation, we also removed the existing patio ceiling and installed new tongue-and-groove paneling throughout both patio areas, creating a smooth, continuous transition between spaces. To complete the project, we painted the entire exterior of the home, giving it a fresh and polished look.
